Variety is the spice of life so you'll find me on Bigfoot health getting my big feet (size 12) wet in all sorts of ways. Community volunteering, swimming, bicycling, meditation, yoga, and cannonballs off the diving board.
I bring a background in social work, and bring a "whole self" mindset to you. While I've competed in a half dozen marathons and triathlons, I don't think I'll ever skydive. But just like with your own health, allow yourself to be surprised on what you are capable of accomplishing.
I love all animals and one day hope to meet the legendary Bigfoot. Until then, I'll let my inner Bigfoot be my guide. Because to go big, ya gotta start small.

Diana Graham, M.D. is a psychiatrist who lives and practices in Raleigh, North Carolina. She received her medical training at Harvard Medical School and NYU School of Medicine. Diana also runs Bonnie's Book Foundation, a small family nonprofit dedicated to improving children's literacy by putting books in the hands and homes of at-risk kids, many of whom have no books of their own. Originally from NMB, SC and then moved to Raleigh for my college years where I was a NCSU student athlete that graduated in 2010 with a BS in Finance. After working a few years I decided to go back to school to pursue my dream and in 2017 I graduated, again, from Meredith College with a Masters of Science in Nutrition. Currently working as a contracted Registered Dietitian at Senior Community Care of North Carolina aka PACE. Working as a Dietitian brings me nothing but joy. I truly love working with people and helping them work towards their goals.
