Bigfoot Beginnings

BIGFOOT HEALTH started in 2019 when we – Kirk, Jeff, Mancel, and Kevin – went on a hiking trip together and started talking about a fun project that we now call BIGFOOT HEALTH.

But the roots of BIGFOOT HEALTH go all the way back to 1989, when we met the first week of freshman year in Kildahl Hall at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.

We formed a unique bond in college, and although we split across the country after graduation, we’ve always stayed connected.

On our hike we decided to bring that connection, and our decades of experience in medicine, surgery, addiction, health, fitness, social work, and human resources to YOU!

We each offer unique perspectives on health, and want to make health living fun for all! This little project could actually help a whole bunch of people feel better and have a little fun at the same time.

We have families, friends, pets, hobbies, and careers and we want to share it with you on BIGFOOT HEALTH. And we want YOU to share your lives with us! Together, everyone can work together to be their best.

We’ve since expanded our team to include a contingent of health professionals like Dr. Graham and nutritionists like Cindel Gwyn, and we will continue to provide you with blogs and content to help you life your best life.

At BIGFOOT HEALTH, we like to say, “Go Big!” But that means different things for different people. Everyone gets to “Go Big” in their own way.  So, from BIGFOOT HEALTH to you, GO BIG!
